Dary has dedicated his life to sports, beginning as a football player before turning his passion for fitness into a career as a personal trainer.

As a certified international FISAF trainer, he specializes in sport conditioning, strength training and posture correction. He also works with a wide range of clients, helping them improve their body shape and create sustainable lifestyle habits.

With a strong passion for working with people, Dary designs motivating and results-driven programs tailored to each client’s goals. His mission is to inspire and guide others to reach their best, healthiest, and most confident selves.
